Propolis
Bees collect propolis from the buds and bark of certain tree species.
Propolis has pronounced antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties. Acceptance of propolis internally strengthens immunity.
Normally it is dark yellow to brown in colour, but it can be found in green, red, black and white hues, depending on the sources of resin found in the particular hive area.
Contains, primarily resins and vegetable balsams (50%), waxes (30%), essential oils (10%), pollen (5%), glucosides, falvanoidi, organic acids, aldehydes, esters, alcohols, terpenes, amino acids, carbohydrates, free fatty acids, vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, E, microelements.
Upon acceptance destroys bacteria and stops their development.
Do not damage the beneficial intestinal flora.
It has the following properties:
- anticancer properties
- protective and regenerative effect of radiation therapy damage (use alcoholic solution of propolis)
- soothing properties
- against periodontal disease
- against ulcers in the mouth
- case of infectious diseases
- gangrene (apply a compress of propolis paste alcohol-based)
